Using Nursie

These draft terms cover the Nursie storefront, free resources, accounts, digital downloads, and authenticated Study Hub. By using the site, creating an account, or accessing a resource, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or resources.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and private download or access links secure, and for activity performed through your account or links. Tell Nursie through the available support channel if you believe access has been misused.

Educational support only

Nursie provides original educational study support for VN/PN learners. It is not a nursing school, healthcare provider, licensure authority, or a substitute for an instructor, assigned course material, current authoritative references, school or facility policy, supervision, or professional judgment.

• Nursie is not official ATI, NCLEX, NCSBN, Board of Nursing, school, or facility content. No affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement is stated or implied.
• Content is not clinical, medical, nursing, diagnosis, treatment, medication-administration, patient-care, emergency, or legal advice. Do not use it to make patient-care decisions.
• Dosage calculations, medication examples, ranges, and practice scenarios are for study only. Verify them with your instructor, current assigned materials, school or facility policy, and appropriate authoritative sources before any real-world use.
• Content may be incomplete, outdated, or different from your program. No grade, course completion, graduation, exam score, passing result, licensure, employment, or clinical outcome is guaranteed.

Accounts, preferences, and saved progress

An account may be needed to access purchases or Study Hub features. Nursie may save study sessions, selected answers, rationale review, XP, badges, topic progress, and learner study preference so the experience can continue across sessions. Some preferences may also be stored in the browser on the device you use.

Learner preferences only adjust presentation. They are not a diagnosis, ability assessment, fixed learning-style label, or prediction of results. You may change or skip them without changing the underlying educational boundaries.

Purchases, membership, and digital access

Checkout is handled through the MadeThis platform and may involve other payment or infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply during checkout, authentication, hosting, email delivery, or file delivery.

Product descriptions and the checkout screen describe the price and included access at the time of purchase. Digital files, account access, membership features, and private links are provided for the purchaser's personal study use unless a product description clearly says otherwise. Do not share, resell, publicly post, scrape, or distribute private access links, downloads, answer content, or membership materials.

Access may be limited when payment is not completed or fulfilled, a link is invalid, or use materially violates these terms. • Do not submit confidential patient information, protected health information, school records, or other sensitive information in free-text fields or support communications.
• If you believe content infringes your rights or needs correction, use the contact path described below and identify the specific material.

Availability, changes, and responsibility

Nursie may correct, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue site content or features. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep access useful, but uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service is not promised. Material changes to these terms should be posted here with an updated date; continued use after a posted change may be treated as acceptance where allowed.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Nursie is provided on an as-available basis and responsibility is limited to the extent the law permits. This draft does not choose a governing law, venue, arbitration process, damages cap, or other jurisdiction-specific clause because those owner and attorney decisions have not been verified.

Questions and owner review items

For support, corrections, account or access questions, use the contact method included in your purchase confirmation or other Nursie site communication. The owner should publish and attorney-review a dedicated support or legal email, legal business name, mailing address if appropriate, refund and cancellation rules, access duration, governing law, dispute terms, and any age or guardian requirements before treating this draft as final.
