• Email-resource information, such as the email address, resource requested, and signup source used to send a requested Nursie guide or checklist and record the request.
• Study information, such as sessions, question selections, correctness, rationale review, power-up use, XP, badges, topic progress, and selected learner preference.
• Messages or support information you choose to send. Please do not send patient information, protected health information, clinical records, or other sensitive information Nursie does not need.

Information collected through the site

When configured, site analytics records interactions such as page views, clicks, checkout steps, purchase-success events, source or campaign parameters, a browser or visitor identifier, and a session identifier. The current analytics setup uses cookies and local storage, and source parameters may be kept in session storage so a checkout can be connected to the visit that led to it.

The browser may also store a learner preference, onboarding status, or guide progress on the device. Browser storage can remain until it is cleared or replaced through browser or site controls. Blocking or clearing cookies or storage may affect saved preferences, attribution, or convenience features.

How information is used

• Create and authenticate accounts; connect eligible purchases to the matching account or checkout email; and provide private downloads or membership access.
• Save and display study sessions, answers, progress, XP, badges, preferences, and guide completion.

Service providers and platform flows

Nursie relies on service providers and platform infrastructure to host the site and data, authenticate accounts, process checkout, deliver email and files, and provide analytics. Checkout is completed through MadeThis rather than directly inside the Nursie storefront. Information is shared with these services as needed to perform those functions, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

The code currently supports passing analytics and campaign identifiers to the checkout platform for source attribution. Nursie does not sell or rent personal information as part of the site behavior reviewed for this draft. The owner and attorney should verify that statement against all off-site business practices before final publication.

Retention, security, and choices

Information is kept as needed for the purposes described above and as required for operational, purchase, security, dispute, or legal reasons.
